Can I get a grant for new windows in Sandusky?
Maybe. The City of Sandusky's Exterior Repair Program covers 50% of eligible costs, up to $3,000, for owner-occupied homes. Windows and doors count if you can see them from the main street side. Applications usually open the first Monday in February. The city decides who qualifies, and we're glad to write the estimate you'll need.
Are there grants for windows in Perkins Township?
Yes, for homeowners who qualify. Perkins Township's housing program offers $500 to $10,000 for exterior work facing the street, including windows and doors. Is there still a federal tax credit for windows?
